What is the quality of your swimwear fabric?
We ensure all our practices, what and how we source all our raw materials are sustainable with the planet in mind. We utilize the most degradable fabrics for all our products especially our swimwear fabrics. Due to this, any inconsistencies in the fabric coloration or print should be regarded as one of a kind and not defective. Our fabrics have been tested to sometimes "bleed" or run if proper care is not taken and/or if our provided care instructions are not carefully followed. Our collections are made from either one of the following: Econyl fabrics, Amni Eco Soul fabric or Repreve. The fabric used will usually be indicated next to each product's description.
When will my order be shipped? How long will it take to arrive?
Pre-Orders have special conditions. Please refer to our pre-order tab for more information on your pre-orders.
Non "Pre-Order" orders can take 1-3 business days to process and ship (excluding holidays & weekends) depending on the availability of the product. All items are shipped USPS Priority Mail, which takes 2-3 days business days for domestic, 6-15 days for international mail. However, due to the Covid-19 environment, please allow additional time to receive your order.
What is your RETURN POLICY?
We do not accept any returns or exchanges on our swimwear products or certain accessories due to hygienic reasons. We are happy to Exchange wrong sizes or wrong color on our clothing/loungewear items, based on the condition of returned product (must still be in perfect, sellable condition).
Can I order something I see in a different size or color?
We currently do not offer our merchandize in colors not listed in the shop. All our merchandise are produced in limited quantity to preserve exclusivity and uniqueness so the colors or sizes are also limited. We mostly suggest getting creative with different colors by mixing different pieces that are already provided in our shop.
An item is listed as sold out. Will you receive more of it?
Once an item is labeled as SOLD OUT, it usually means that we will no longer be able to restock it. There are occasions that we may be able to bring it back. If this happens, we will make an announcement via email and/or social media and will put it back online.
Can I track my order?
Yes. All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority or Express Mail and will receive a tracking number that can be tracked on the USPS website (www.usps.com). International orders are shipped with FEDEX and come with a traceable tracking number.
